Terms and Conditions

Waiting Time

Waiting Time for all arrival on international flights is up to 60 minutes or upon the clearance of the luggages from the Luggage Belt. Please call our 24 - hours hotline at +65 67339897 if there is some unexpected delay (eg missing luggage) or if you do not see the chauffeur after you come out of the arrivals gate.

No-Show Policy

On all reservations you will be considered a no-show after the free wait time has elapsed. If you have not met your Chauffeur or contacted us by phone, you will be charged in full for the reservation. 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are accepted by both email (liontourist@liontourist.com.sg) and phone (+65 67339897).  Other cancellation methods are not permitted. 

For general bookings, cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service time will not incur any charge, cancellations made less
than 24 hours before the scheduled service time will be charged 50% of the invoice value, while cancellations made less than 12 hours before the
scheduled service time will be charged with the full reservation amount.

Vehicle Request Policy

Lion Tourist Services Pte Ltd reserves the right to upgrade a vehicle request to accommodate a client's reservation at no charge to the client if deemed necessary.

Rates & Billing

All rates are in Singapore Dollars and include hire of vehicle, services of the chauffeur, insurance, fuel cost, ERP (tolls) and parking fees,  Extra hours are billed based on half hour increments.  Minimum posted number of hours is only the minimum number of hours we will accept an order for, not what you will be billed for.

Rates are not inclusive of taxes and gratuity.  Current tax is 7% of the total charges.  If you feel you would like to provide a gratuity for the driver, it is at your sole discretion.

Unless otherwise agreed upon, a 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking.  The total charge less the deposit is to be paid upon the completion of the job.
